Yasnora Logistics AI: shipment decisions you can verify

Yasnora is designing a standalone logistics module that can connect shipment events, stock, timing and costs to reviewable decisions. Here are the product boundaries and the data that matter.

Warehouse inventory, route map and parcel arranged as a logistics decision workspace

A warehouse sees available stock, a carrier sees delivery time, and a commercial team sees the margin on each item. When a shipment is late, those views have to be reconciled before anyone can choose a response. The lowest freight quote may arrive too late; the fastest option may cost more than the value it protects.

Yasnora Logistics AI is in development. This article describes a product direction, not a released module, a price or an active ProfitVena integration. We are designing it to stand alone when a team has its own operational data. Within the Wicsora ecosystem, it is also intended to connect to ProfitVena for authoritative SKU economics. Such a connection would require explicit organizational consent and is not available to claim today.

Planned standalone Yasnora Logistics AI workflow

A decision needs a traceable starting point

A useful decision card should show the SKU, sellable and reserved quantities, incoming stock, source dates, promised and actual delivery times, transport options and missing fields. If costs or events are absent, it should say “insufficient data” instead of presenting a complete-looking answer.

Consider a potential stockout before the next replenishment. The team needs to verify current stock, observed demand, supplier lead time, order quantity and incremental freight. Only then can it compare ordinary shipping, expediting, a warehouse transfer or a change in the sales plan. The comparison remains a scenario until actual charges and events are confirmed.

Different jobs for Yasnora and ProfitVena

ProfitVena helps sellers analyze available sales, fees, logistics charges, returns, advertising and configured product costs by SKU. Completeness depends on connected sources, report freshness and mapping rules. Its guide to cash tied up in slow-moving stock explains why a stock count alone does not establish exact available capital.

The proposed Yasnora module would focus on shipment events, warehouse movements, lead times, transport alternatives and operational scenarios. In a connected workflow, financial inputs should come from ProfitVena's canonical definitions rather than a second, conflicting calculation. The user must be able to see the source and timestamp of both views.

What is planned, and what is not

The initial design calls for imports or authorized sources, data-quality checks and explicit exceptions. Later stages envisage inventory cover, stockout risk, replenishment alternatives and monitored changes. Yasnora Watch already exists as a separate beta monitoring feature; logistics-specific Watch rules are planned, not released.

Carrier comparisons, multi-warehouse optimization and document drafts are further ideas. The first module is not intended to replace a WMS, TMS or ERP. Purchasing, carrier booking and stock transfers must not execute without authorization and human approval.

What to do now

Choose one real case without personal data. Gather SKU, stock by warehouse, inbound orders, supplier lead time, known costs and primary records. Mark missing fields before asking for a recommendation. Reliable inputs are more valuable than a polished but untestable forecast.

While Logistics AI is being built, Yasnora AI can help structure the written scenario, with a person checking every number and source. Feature access depends on account and plan. Русская версия.
