New colleagues ask familiar questions: where do I request access, who approves an expense, and which procedure is current? Answers copied from old chats can quietly become false policy. A useful onboarding guide starts with approved documents, owners and dates.
Collect ten questions from week one
Ask the manager and buddy for the questions new hires actually ask. Group them by role: access, processes, approvals, contacts and exceptions. Map each answer to a current source. If no policy answers the question, mark it unresolved rather than asking AI to invent one.
Draft with references
Use only material you are allowed to share with Yasnora AI. Ask for a short answer, document and section, revision date and any uncertainty. Files and Knowledge depend on account, limits, workspace and permissions; an ordinary chat can still help organize permitted text.
Prompt: “Draft a new manager FAQ from these ten questions and approved current documents. Cite the document and section after each answer. List contradictions and missing rules separately. Do not suggest actions outside the employee's role.”
Review and maintain it
The buddy checks each answer against the original; the process owner resolves conflicts. Record who owns the FAQ and when it will be reviewed. Keep the original document accessible to authorized staff, and do not use a copied answer to bypass revoked access.
For one disputed rule, follow our policy-answer verification method. Start with one process and ten questions rather than attempting to summarize every file.
Yasnora prepares a reviewable draft; people approve policy and access. See Yasnora and the Wicsora ecosystem. Русская версия.
