A team has a stock export and an inbound-shipment sheet, yet cannot answer whether the next batch arrives before stock runs out. Start with one product and one location. Yasnora's standalone workflow can use a team's own operational data; connecting ProfitVena is optional.
This workflow requires an enabled logistics module and suitable data sources; check availability in your account.
A practical sequence
Collect dated stock snapshots, daily sales or demand, and inbound batches with expected dates. Retain the source SKU identifier and quantity unit on every row.
Map products and locations before calculating. Separate sellable, reserved and damaged units. Reimporting the same period must not double-count stock.
Review import errors: missing dates, duplicate SKU names, negative quantities and unclear currencies. Repair the source or explicitly exclude disputed rows.
Compare the potential stockout date with each arrival. The first review can compare waiting, expediting part of the batch and transferring stock, while exposing unknown costs.
A worked example
With 70 sellable units, roughly 10 daily sales and an arrival in nine days, a shortage deserves attention. Those are illustrative inputs, not a forecast: promotions, returns and prior out-of-stock days can change demand. Seven days of cover is not a certainty.
What to verify
Yasnora cannot turn an incomplete sheet into an authoritative stock ledger. Reconcile outputs with the WMS/ERP and source documents. Missing product cost stays missing. A permitted ProfitVena connection can add seller economics, but is not required for operational analysis.
