A Practical Image-Quality Checklist for Product and Business Visuals
A polished image can still be wrong. Before publication, check technical quality and business truth separately.
Technical checks
- Confirm the required dimensions, aspect ratio and file format.
- Review crop and clipping around the product, logo and text.
- Check sharpness at the final display size, not only while zoomed in.
- Inspect brightness, contrast, transparency and background edges.
- Verify that compression has not damaged small labels or fine lines.
Content checks
- Compare color, packaging, visible variant and included items with approved product data.
- Read every generated or recognized word, price, quantity and unit.
- Check hands, faces, reflections, shadows and repeated details after AI editing.
- Make sure the image does not imply an unsupported feature, certification or offer.
Accessibility and rights
Use an Inspector accessibility description as a draft, then adapt it to the page context. Avoid guessing identity or sensitive traits. Confirm source rights, depicted-person consent where required and permission for the intended commercial use.
Yasnora’s local Analysis can speed up this checklist, but recommendations do not guarantee marketplace acceptance or conversion. The Analysis Help article explains the measurements. Continue with the Image Studio workflow only after the source has passed review.
